Led the way in opening a 185,000 SqF electronic assembly facility in Lebanon, Tennessee, USA. Consulting included negotiating incentive package from the state of Tennessee, contracting and supervising major facility remodeling, hiring production employees, and initial supply sourcing.

Led the way in opening a new electronic assembly facility in Puerto Rico. Consulting included negotiating incentive packages from government agencies, and hiring all levels of employment, from management to quality control and production employees. Sourced supplies and materials. Defined and documented Standard Operating Procedures, including tasks, flows, QA, and incentive measurements. On-job training of employees and management. Continued ongoing support. Connected the remote site to headquarter in Garden Grove, California.

Arena Packaging – Project scope: Introducing new packaging for Tropical Fruits in Latin America.

Introduction of a new innovative packaging box for tropical fruits. Created and executed a business plan using research and a data-driven approach. Designed and built a full supply chain between the United States and Latin America. Partnered with local distributors and growers in Latina-American markets. Implemented an asset tracking system. Recruited and trained local support in Latin America.

Global Flex : Established a sourcing office in China.

Established an offshore sourcing office in China for flexible packaging supply. Located qualified vendors, and negotiated contract terms and prices. Hired and trained management and staff. Found and leased office space. Established work procedures and reporting to the headquarters in Irvine, California. This was an on-budget, on-time, turnkey project.

Denham Plastics LLC -Project scope: Operational and Pool management
- New procedures for pool management and network optimization
- Implemented and reviewed food safety procedures
- Established business guidelines and consulting
Operation management consulting that resulted in creating processes and procedures for pool management. This included research, recommendations, and implementation of upgrades to their washing equipment. Developed new food safety procedures to safeguard against possible food safety issues in the future.
